Services We Offer

Crack Repairs

All types of cracks can be fixed, from cracks in the middle of your counter, near your stove, or branching cracks that go in different directions.

  • Solid Surface: Generally, repairs leave no evidence of the original cracks, as if they never happened.
  • Stone/Granite: Cracks can be repaired, but due to the variation in stone, they may still be visible to a degree.

Seam Separations

If a straight line appeared in your countertop, it’s probably a seam separation. In addition to repairing the seam, we will do what we can to prevent a re-occurrence. Sometimes leveling is required, as well as adding support or reinforcement.

  • Solid Surface: The seams generally become invisible.
  • Stone/Granite: Seams may still be visible.

Refinishes

A beautiful, clean, and smooth countertop can do wonders for a kitchen. We can remove scratches, dullness, blemishes, and other minor issues to restore your countertops. Choose from 3 types of refinishing, matte, semi-gloss, and high-gloss.

  • Solid Surface: Restore your countertops to their original luster, or improve the shine, while removing the minor scratches and blemishes.
  • Stone/Granite: For stone, it’s called refurbishing. It can remove scratches, but depending on the severity of the damage, it may not be invisible. If you want to protect your stone, see the “Sealing” section below.

Sealing

Sealing your stone, granite, or quartz countertops is very important. It prevent stains and spills that absorb into the counter and cause discoloration. It also reduces the absorbency rate of the material, which can help to prevent bacteria growth. Finally, sealing your countertops can help extend it’s life, by protecting it from damage caused by everyday wear and tear.

  • Solid Surface: See the “Refinish” section above.
  • Stone/Granite: A stone countertop needs to be sealed regularly. Based on usage and type, they may need to be sealed once every 2-5 years.

Burns, Chips, Pits

A burn doesn’t have to permanently ruin your countertops. Neither do pits or chips, they can be repaired too.

  • Solid Surface: Depending on the severity of the damage, we may sand the area, or replace it with a new piece of material. We do our best to give you the cheapest option that will also be best for your counters.
  • Stone/Granite: We can remove the majority of the denting, smooth the counter, and seal to help prevent bacteria growth.

Hard Water Deposits

Seeing hard water build up around your sinks and faucets? We’ll come in and remove them by hand, restoring your countertops. Depending on the material, we can also refinish or seal them, to help slow re-appearance.

  • Solid Surface: Not commonly needed, but a refinish can help any issues.
  • Stone/Granite: Cracks can be repaired, but due to the variation in stone, they may still be visible to a degree.

Modifications

Bought a new stove or fridge and it doesn’t fit? Whether you need a countertop cut to fit an appliance, need holes drilled for a faucet, or any other types of modifications, we can help.

  • Solid Surface: It can be modified in almost any way. We can add sections and make the countertop bigger, drill holes, add/remove material to a cutout for an appliance, or even remove a whole countertop and place it elsewhere in your home. We can modify the counter to fit your appliances, such as fridges, stoves, and ranges.
  • Stone/Granite: For stone, we can drill holes, cut an edge, or make a cutout larger. Stone is much more difficult to modify, as changes may damage the surrounding area, and adding material would very visible.

Yes they can. They can be filled with materials that mimic the coloring of the product.

It is called refurbishing. Scratches can be removed, but each piece of stone is different, so the damage level dictates how successful it can be to remove scratches.

It all depends on how much activity and moisture

Solid Surface

It is usually an acrylic or polyester based product. It is the same material all the way through it. There is no separate coating or surface on it. It is typically ¼” or ½” thick.

Yes, it can be. We can cut out the crack, then fit and glue in a new piece of matching material, then sand smooth. If the new piece is from color matched material, the
